Cancellation Policy
Skin by Margo strives to provide positive, personalized experiences to each and every client. When you book your appointment with me, the time is reserved specifically for you and your unique needs. I understand that circumstances can change and events that come up in life that may affect your ability to make an appointment. Should you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request that you contact me to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Please keep in mind that when you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services. Cancellations may be done by calling me directly, emailing me or canceling through my website.

Cancelations or rescheduling done 24 hours or more in advance will not be charged a cancelation/reschedule fee.

Notice of cancelation given LESS than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancelation fee based on scheduled service value.

Rescheduling your appointment LESS than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 20% rescheduling fee based on scheduled service value.

Clients arriving 15 minutes or less late may be asked to reschedule if another client’s appointment is scheduled after their appointment. The client will have the choice of having a shorter session determined by their lateness or rescheduling their appointment. Client will still be responsible for the 20% rescheduling fee based on scheduled service value.

Clients arriving 20 minutes late will be considered as NO SHOW. The client will be charged 100% of the scheduled service value.

Clients that fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will still be charged 100% of the scheduled service value.
Repeated Missed/Canceled Appointment Policy
Skin by Margo reserves the right to collect a 100% non-refundable charge of total services in order to set any future appointments.
Refusal of Future Service Policy
Skin by Margo reserves the right to decline service to a client for any of the following reasons: Uncooperative client, failure to make service payments, as well as displaying disruptive or harassing behavior towards me or any other clients.
